I focus on rehabilitation, working with patients recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or addressing movement limitations. I enjoy taking a clinical yet friendly approach, tailoring each treatment so it supports your goals and fits your unique needs.

I also have a special interest in pre- and post-pregnancy treatments. Supporting individuals through the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery is something I truly enjoy. I strive to provide treatments that are safe, comfortable, and effective during every stage, helping patients feel cared for and well-supported.

Hello, I’m Kristina , a passionate and dedicated massage therapist with four years of experience in the wellness industry. My journey into massage therapy was fueled by a genuine passion for helping others find relief from pain, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being. I completed my training at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where I learned a variety of techniques designed to address the diverse needs of my clients.

My sessions are tailored to address the unique needs of each individual, whether they are seeking recovery from injuries, relief from tension, or simply a moment of relaxation.
